Class 12 Science students often feel pulled in two directions. A plan helps.

Use your board syllabus and the entrance syllabus together, because they overlap.
Plan weekly targets for each subject.
Give extra time to Physics problem solving.
Do not skip practicals.

Take short breaks, and keep one day a week lighter.

The overlap is large. Strong board concepts give a base for the entrance exams.
