Career options after LLB

A law degree opens several paths.

Practise as an advocate after enrolling with a State Bar Council and clearing the All India Bar Examination.
Appear for judiciary exams for judge posts.
Work in corporate legal departments or law firms.
Join government legal services or go into teaching.

Internships during law school help you see which path suits you.

Court internships are valuable. They show the real work behind the textbook.

To practise in courts, the Bar Council rules require it. Check the latest rule.
