How to choose one standard book per subject

Priyanka Das Posted 3 months ago 562 views

A long reading list slows you down. One good book read three times is better than five read once.

  • Ask toppers, teachers and seniors which book they used and why.
  • Check that the book matches the latest syllabus.
  • Read a sample chapter to see if the language suits you.
  • Avoid switching books in the middle of a subject.

Use additional sources only to fill gaps that you identify.
